By purchasing a membership, you agree that your ESM ACTIVE membership will automatically renew on an annual basis. The membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file at the then-current rate unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.
