Membership Plans & Billing​

All ESM ACTIVE memberships are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms associated with the selected plan.

Memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method on file at the then-current rate.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

All membership purchases are non-refundable. If a member chooses to cancel their membership before the end of the billing period, access will remain active through the remainder of the paid term. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.

 

Access & Use of the Platform

Access to ESM ACTIVE member areas, directories, and profile features is available only to members with an active paid subscription. ESM ACTIVE reserves the right to restrict or modify access based on membership status or plan level.

Code of Conduct

ESM ACTIVE is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all members.

Any member found engaging in inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe behavior toward other users may have their account suspended or permanently terminated at ESM ACTIVE’s discretion. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.

Minors on the Platform

ESM ACTIVE may include athlete members under the age of 18. By registering a minor for membership, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they consent to the minor’s participation on the platform. Parental permission is required and is inferred through the completion of registration and payment. ESM ACTIVE reserves the right to take immediate action to protect minors and uphold community standards.

Content & Profile Information

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information, content, and media submitted to the platform is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with these terms. ESM ACTIVE reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates platform standards or community guidelines.

Termination & Enforcement

ESM ACTIVE reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict membership access at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated. Decisions regarding enforcement are made at ESM ACTIVE’s discretion to protect the integrity of the platform and its members.

Modifications to Terms

ESM ACTIVE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
